Perforated plate is also common within many of our filter designs. To enhance the quality of our products, Croft perforates the plate in-house. As a result of this we can supply perforate plate, both its raw state or as a fabricated product, specifically punched to specification.

Croft can quickly supply punched perforated sheet in a variety of quality materials, available with material certification (when requested at enquiry).

Croft perforate with margins, resulting in a quality finish on panels. This margin not only acts as a safety edge (or plane edge) but also makes it easier to use the perforated sheet during fabrication.

Throughout the 35 years trading, Croft has expanded their in-house capabilities, investing heavily into advanced manufacturing machinery and even developing their own in-house tooling to aid with their bespoke services. Today Croft’s capabilities include:

Croft can punch various materials such as Aluminium, Mild Steel and Stainless Steel amongst many others up to 6mm thick and to large panel sizes.

Holes can be both round and square, other custom designs are available on request. Fixing holes can also be tailor-made and Croft can fold the panels where needed.  With a fast turnaround on many types of panels and having many custom-made options, Croft offers a unique service when compared to other suppliers.
